Who We Are
We are a group of trusted advisors who are passionate about small business success and social entrepreneurship! Our managing partner, Karen Stanley, brings over 30 years of business management and strategic planning experience in the chemicals, construction and financial services industries. She built Key Success Factors as a team of consultants and expert service providers which can add bench strength to any management team.
Karen Stanley earned an MBA from Harvard University, MS in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and BS in Chemical Engineering from Vanderbilt University. Having honed her skills in the family business, Stanley Construction Company, Inc., she led the company's branding and promotion strategy resulting in founder Thornton Stanley becoming the 2001 United States Small Business Administration National BusinessPerson of the Year. The entire family was honored in a White House Ceremony hosted by President George W Bush.
